The incident was investigated by the police who interviewed unbiased witnesses. Given the circumstances of the situation the police found my response perfectly legal. The Police did do there job. Interviewed witnesses, and reviewed the tape. End result of there investigation was I was justified in my action based on the threat of violence which may would have resulted in bodily harm or death.
