hey mate your my hero as i get so many injurys whilst bodybuilding .please tell me this ,ive over stretched my neck doing reverse flys .i tried the pole and ball trick but to no avail ,i also find that whem i lie on the opposite side of the injury my left should wants to creep up and touch my ear ,any ideas
Kelly, I have a request. I have looked through some of your videos and havent seen anything for the elbows (just ignore me if I havent looked hard enough). I am a competetive powerlifter and have chronic Medial Epicondylitis. I have done some basic distraction exercises with bands and that has helped a little bit but I would love to see what you would do for it.
