  • It's every three hours.

  • @StreamingKnowledge -- I was able to find lots of sources to lend credence to the discipline of eating every two hours, and a lot that said three -- and a bunch that said 2 to 3. Don't be so smug, or at least cite the study you did that proved everyone else to be an idiot.

  • Thanks you for this video, really helped me out a lot with some nutrition info i wasnt sure about. Thanks again and keep up the great work! =)

  • practice what you preach

  • Riboflavin is a vitamin(B2) it actually helps your metabolism, and helps with the absorption of fats, carbs, and protein...It is far from being something you should not put into your body..just thought I would let you know

  • look at the camera more, when you look down, you look like you don't have a clue of what your doing.

about 3/4 of the time your looking down and you say "um" to much

  • Great video, Thanks for all the info. Good Luck with the program.

  • can somebdoy PLEASE tell me the difference between bad and good carbs PLEASE.....

  • simple and complex carbs. i.e. great carbs is oatmeal; bad carbs is white bread...

  • @PonsXAsinorum ugh i HATE oatmeal lol

  • "Bad carbs" (simple) are foods like white bread, white rice, pasta and all typical junk food high in sugar.

"Good carbs" (complex) on the other hand are foods such as oatmeal, whole wheat bread, brown rice, and other whole grains.

    good carb's are complex carb's -- Bad carb's are simple carb's

  • @Kingtunice

Bad Carbs: Fried Food, White Bread, rice

Good Carbs: Oatmeal, Whole Wheat Bread, Whole Wheat Pasta

  • My first meal = 3-4 Ozs Oatmeal, wait 2 hours, then snack which is usually an orange or cottage cheese with a spoon full of peanut butter (protein) wait to hours then it's lunch which I eat 1 cup of brown rice, Fish (tilapia) and 1 cup leafy greens, 2 hours later I eat 1 cup brown rice or protein bar, 2 hours later is Dinner which I eat either chicken salad with brown rice or fish, salad and rice or whole weat pasta. I drink over 100 ozs of water and around 16 ozs of milk a day

  • than another snack 2 hours later after dinner, and sorry for the mispelling above. DRINK WATER, go natural you don't need whey protein go completely natural.

  • I agree. Good you brought this up. I am not fat, but i can forget to eat enough vitamins or worse: proteins. I am a vegetarian so i always have to be aware o get enough proteins.

  • thanks for the info girl, you are amazing!!!!! =)

  • Bravo, as a bodybuilder and surfer and cyclist... This is the info people need! What your talking about turned both of my nieces into great shape in 6 months. • any suggestions? movie maker never supports mov files so i'm forced to use avs

  • Try VideoPad Video Editor

    nchsoftware . com / videopad / index . html

  • Correct small meals 6-7 times a day will up the metabolism and burn more fat.....you need to watch what you're eating though. You are doing some excellent research melissa:)

  • I just read (for the second time) Eat To Live by Joel Fuhrman, MD. It's a really good, inexpensive book that has a lot of great nutritional information in it. It's not gimmicky or a fad diet. He explains the downfalls of the typical American diet and how different whole foods are beneficial. I even highlighted important parts so I could use it as a reference. I think you would like it.

  • thank you so much that helps me so much i def. have a full page of notes. this is awesome.

  • Great Video...Keep Making them

  • Great video, and very informative thnx!
