I sometimes use that one to do a left sided T-perm. I don't like how yours ends with needing a U adjust.
For V I use R2 U' R' U R U' (u'r') L' U' R U' R' U' L U. There is a similar one to mirror it. I'm a big fan of knowing algs from as many angles as possible.
sure you can get fast with your right hand... it will just take more practice because you will have to mirror all your algs and get used to recognizing from a different angle and so on. Im lucky i suppose that i am actually left handed :-)
i cant do the pinky flip for R', i just move my index finger over to do R'

try this for T-perm OH:
R2 U' R2 u R2 (y' z') U2 R U2 r' U2 R
it might be wierd at first because of the u and the rotations, but I think it has potential. Try it out.

That on is similar to another T-perm I know.

imma right handed oher and all the fast 1s r left and i tried with my left but its too hard will i still get fast?
