I'm glad you enjoyed it. :-) I think I agree about it being a bit too fast though.... my other performance (the one that Sony is claiming) is somewhat slower; it's a minute shorter than this one due to the fact that I don't play the repeat in that recording.
When I go to my account, I see a notice that "You have videos that may contain content that is owned by someone else. Please review these videos." When I go to look, I see that Sony is claiming this recording.
Actually, I see a new one (yay) today: an entity called "Believe" (yes, really) is claiming my audio of Chopin's 20th prelude (which has been up for 2 years). Off I go to submit another dispute......
I think the sound is better on the first version for sure. I haven't gotten around to setting up the Facebook page I've been talking about, but maybe if I did it would put some pressure on Sony to give me a contract. ;-)
I'm not the only person this has happened to either; another YouTube musician has had several of his piano recordings claimed by Sony, which he has found infuriating (his protests and enquiries seem to have done no good).
Very well done, but i think it's played a little too fast.

Fuck you sony.

Don't you play it a bit too slow? Rachmaninoff played it much slower because it's supposed to be a march.

Sony's just unhappy because their mp3 players are worse than the Zune. Keep it up bud :)

I get fed up with stupid uneducted people like WMG and Sony.
On a nicer note, this is a lovely piece and played well. =) Congratulations.

No offense meant but I like the first version. Both are great. I hope Sony signs you just to save face ;-)
