I have been taking Ninjutsu, less than a year, but we don't ever do flying jump kicks. My instructor explained to me that they wore armor so obviously it'd be impossible. The kicks we do are more like "stepping".. You kick foreward and connect with your heal (not the ball of foot) .. Wow, if only i could explain better... I guess my point is, that there are no flying kicks.......... The moves are really "boring" and not flashy to the eye, but they do a lot of damage.. It's deceiving.

dude, all martial arts involve flying kicks, it depends on your skill level (belt grade) and what other addaptions have been made to the martial art, many martial arts these days branhc off into other areas (flying kicks, take downs, weapons, stealth etc) saying ninja's 'dont' fly kick is idiotic. and i doubt if they wore armour as 'ninja's' were a stealth assassin, silent and deadly.

thats not true. maasaki hatsumi is one of the original members of the bujukan dojo and runs the only standing bujinkan dojos in the world in japan. check him out on human weapon and on chosonninja's channel

hatsumi has been exposed as illegitimate. takamatsu made up all of the ninja ryu he claimed and gave to hatsumi... they are not legitimate or koryu...

dont get me wrong i like the bujinkan. it is a good adaption of all the techniques we would expect out of ninja...
