when i fill out a online job app. to me its as if I'm throwing an application in the trash and wasting my time. Out of the 100s of online apps I've filled I only got 3 callbacks. so I stopped doing online apps. and I only apply at places that have paper apps. now due to the fact that I'm just wasting my time doing an online app. because most managers don't even look at them to be honest.
