@Noellelover1021 The song is, "Kanashimi yo Konnichiwa" or "Hello Sadness". This is a cover song, it's the opening theme to episodes 1-37 of "Maison Ikkoku" by Rumiko Takahashi. The TV series ran in japan from 1986-1988, if i remember correctly.
