  • Lea sang this song amazingly over the phone...galing!!!

  • one of my favourite songs...

  • i love this song.... reminds me of something..... maybe someone

  • ebtg will always remind me of 80ish music :)

  • I love this song...it's my favorite.

  • Great lyrics, beautifully written melody and perfect arrangement. You can feel how the song build up from silent loneliness to a grand symphonic ending (especially that horn parts at middle-end of the song!). Great song! I really miss EBTG old sound. To me their "Amplified Heart" (1994) album is the last great album from them which ironically has that "Missing" song which later got remixed into house-music and forever changed their sound... I just wish they would go back to their old sound...

  • sorry for the mistake, it was released in 86!

  • 1986, not 1996.

  • from their 1986 album...a hit single in the Philippines by summer of 1988...

  • @musgrave68 So that's why there are so many covers by filipino singers on Youtube.

  • i remember 96.3wrock they play this song when i about to go home and ride fx

  • I can sing this well

  • yeah, released in 1996? maybe that when you were released... what?

  • @dagomatics I think he meant 1986.

  • this song,reminds me of nu107 and my first crush in Adamson University,Flordeliza,when i was just a freshman,i cry when nu107 bids farewell,like i lost Flordeliza,years ago.

  • This was released August 1986....got it for a 16th Birthday present so I know it wasn't 1996!

  • great song

  • Baby, The Stars Shine Bright is the absolute peak of their work for me, the whole album just perfection. And Tracey's vocals are both beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time.

  • this was my best friend or many years

  • One of the best, underrated bands from the great 80s era.

  • 1996? Try a decade b4 that.

  • It's a really nice track, it's just the sound quality of this upload is rather scrambled.

  • I bought their very first 33 Eden and then I left them until their last dnb albums. So I rediscover them by posts like this. Thanks.

  • yes!! veryyy good song!! pasok!

  • Not 1996, mid eighties.

  • I just heard this on the radio, was absolutely riveted by it and its lyrics, so i went online to look it up, found it and am now enjoying this amazing song.

  • nice and great song!

  • What a great song from the 80's. Every time I listen to it, it takes me to the year it came out. I know this sounds rather silly to some people, but this song sounds SO 1986! I wish i had enjoyed back then as much as I do now.

  • ooohh!!! i love the song!! cross my heart! promise!! but not to die! keep up the good work!!
