Illham Aliyev said yesterday "Yerevan and Zangezur are historic Azeri land." Resumption of hostilities in Nagorno Karabakh is possible. Although, I don't think it will be a large-scale operation. Azerbaijan will make local attempts Ilham Aliyev needs for his election campaign. Azerbaijan will never succeed in real war and will have to retreat. Azeri parliament members have called for suicide bombing of Armenians, Azeris called a jihad against Armenia during the war, they received help from Afghan mujahedeen and Chechen's, Samil Basayev was one of those who helped Azerbaijan and he is responsible for numerous suicide bombings.

Illham Aliyev said yesterday "Yerevan and Zangezur are historic Azeri land." A few years ago he actually sent a letter to the Council of Europe demanding the return of Yerevan, if you search online you can find it. During a judo tournament in Armenia the Azeri judoist held an interview with Armenian newspapers saying how the people where nice to him and it was a friendly place. I read a study that said the Azeris dont take into consideration those that have left to work in other countries, they still count those people as if they are still in the country.
Armenia does not occupy 20%, Karabakh was liberated by Karabakh soldiers, the only land "occupied" is the surrounding buffer zone which amounts to around 13%.

actually it would be bad for azerbaijan because there oil pipeline is situated to the north of karabakh. if they attack armenia will destroy the oil pipeline messing azerbaijan up. and plus its gonna take another 10 years before your army is strong enough to attack armenia. your country was complaining how armenia has to much artillery and thats only in armenia. theres probably more artillery in karabakh than armenia so if azerbaijan attacks they will get messed up.

what im saying is that they have an oil pipeline that goes to turkey and its to the north of karabakh. and about the army it was azerbaijan who kept saying that they have as many weapons as the CFE treaty allows and armenia exceeds that limit so what they r claiming is that armenia has more weapons then they do. these were azerbaijans words, not mine. karabakh is not in that treaty so they dont have a limit. armenia can buy weapons and put them in karabakh. no one knows how much is there.

like i said azerbaijan and armenia r under the CFE treaty limiting there weapons. according to azerbaijan armenia keeps buying weapons from russia and putting them in karabakh. nakichevan is patrolled by the russians so i dont think turkey would attack. theyll attack if armenia attacks them which i doubt will happen. georgia is occupied with its own problems so they r of no concern. armenia will not attack azerbaijan. we r more defensive than offensive so itll be azerbaijan attacking first.
