the lyrics are the very same lyrics from the twinkle little star. A children's song which i think refers to the big dipper guiding the slaves from their escape from the south. Maybe a coincidence, but if they intentionally used this song to refer to isaac, then thats genius.

actualy it does play in the game. during the last few levels you can hear it fainly in the background when things are calm (no enemies around) just turn up your volume and you hear the song, heck in game it sounds even scarier with demonic sounds in between)

Necro, meaning basically (without looking it up mind you) basically means the dead (such as necromancer for a magician who can reanimate and control the dead) and morph, simply meaning change and rearanging. So necromorph is simply a word to describe the transformed and reanimated dead. Hopefully that made sense. =)
