You need to put dielectric grease in your spark plug cap and all your wired connections. Your not getting spark under water... hince they dying haha

if its not fuel injected, your carb vents could be sucking water if he doesnt have them ran up high.

its fuel injected, the vent hoses are run up the side of the snorkel
