One of these codes added in your tags will fix the aspect ratio of this video.

yt:crop=16:9 (zooms in on the 16:9 area, removes windowboxing)

yt:stretch=16:9 (fixes anamorphic content by scaling to 16:9)

yt:stretch=4:3 (fixes 720x480 content that is the wrong aspect ratio by scaling to 4:3)

yt:quality=high (default to a high quality stream, depending on availability)

I think this is the one you need..

Thats great, if I ever see something which can be easily fixed I usually send out the bit of code which can do magic tricks.

WELl although almost a year in the planning the original announcement date had to be put off as it was the weeken of all the Bushfires in Vic and the Floods up here so would have seemed a bit out of place. I support these kinds of YouTube gatherings.

They are informal, no pressure and present an opportunity to talk to (hopefully :D) rational people of different spectrums one might not meet otherwise.

On the other hand, I dislike the bigger gatherings, as it kind of gives incentive for "touched" people to seek/harass their "favourite" (or even most hated) YouTubers, which gets awkward very quickly.

Well what you'vedescribed is pretty much the idea - however, an annual or bi-annual event will be deliberately aimed at getting people from around the nation and world - yes a biggie.  In the meantime, and as a start I much prefer this type which is semi-modelled on AngryAussies Mini Meets.
