I think they've mentioned before they use the iPhone with Trapster, Blackberry for voice calls and texting. Multiple GPS units for different plots and redundancy, as well as traffic and weather data. One of the screens is connected to a bumper mounted IR cam. On pictures posted elsewhere you can typically see the labels describing what's what.
