Personal trainer and cant even do dumbbell press with proper form? You're supposed to press it from the sides of your chest, having your elbows pointing about 100-110 degrees from your shoulder.

In my opinion he is bringing the weights down too far and also his elbows should be tucked in a little as it can cause injury to your shoulders.
