cool story bro. maybe watch day9 to see how to counter mutas properly. The phoenix upgrade is totally unasked for. The colossi however is a very strong counter to zerg, as you need corruptors to counter them. if you build too less, the stalkers get them, if you build too many, theyre useless food.

i also dont think somebody who has such an insulting way like you could make his way up to plat, not to talk of masters.

@1wing1 The pheonix range buff isn't going to break mutas, it's just that now mutas will have a specific timing of when they are effective instead of dragging out every single game to the 30-40 minute mark when the toss can finally put on enough pressure to end the game due to how difficult mutas are to push back. Even Hero had to drag the game on for forever due to the muta ball.

So the pheonix upgrade is definitely something most players are looking forward to using.

@1wing1 Ya your right, I can't get get past top 50 bronze league. lol can't get out of plat? really man you can do better than that for a comeback. , I'm talking about how frustrating and difficult it is of moving out with a sizable army when mutas will come and kill all your workers (yes storms and cannons work, but it very cost ineffective). Meanwhile if Zerg manages to kill your main army, its gg for a protoss player.

i bet you play protoss and not zerg. zerg has so many ways to easily lose versus a protoss of the same skill-level. one could say that especially ZvP is the most imba matchup, as many pros like idra, TLO etc suggest. but you gotta know better than them i guess. i also never said anything bout bronze league my friend.

Yes, I do main protoss,and yes TLO and Idra might say TvP is most imba, but statistically in Korea,TvZ is the most imba so your wrong. PvZ actually has a fairly even win rate across all servers.I didn't mean storms are ineffective so thats my mistake, but sometimes they are very vulnerable to mutas if not paying attention.But I guess thats why I'm stuck at mid masters and not top masters

@WGhyperion not really, brood lords are good if you have any combination of the following: lots of them, hydralisks, zerglings, infestors, roaches, ultralisk. basically they are good against anything on the ground given large numbers of them or something to hold the stalkers back. i won't deny that corruptors are good against everything in the air for protoss, but seriously what scrub league are you playing if the other player went mass air. I'm master league, by the way.
