I liked it, this is how I remember runescape, I liked how it looked, now its completely different, the emotes, the armor, the robes, the weapons. I remember when they first changed it too, I was so disappointed, and it was so slow at first.. I guess now jagex is trying to make up for it by bringing the wild back, as well as free trade. How I miss you, better runescape..

Sure they changed a lot to the game but back in the "Old Runescape" it wasn't all sunshine and bunnies either. I mean, especcially for new players it was very hard to start playing because there were no real guides around giving tips what you can do.. (at least I was very confused at first when I started).
Also I think the end game content with the PvP servers and the dungeoneering stuff is very well done now.
i sure do miss the old rs, it fun like not knowing anything about the game and stuff, i was on rs during the years of pking..the new rs is still good but the old rs was awsome :) (btw i still love rs)

I pked and steadily killed. now, i gotta wait 2 hours for EP, then after one kill, i MIGHT get the chance to get something better than the drop, usually worse. old rs you were GUARANTEED the drop they had, unless they had pro item or something, but now, its just a risk of u risking everything u have for some cooked salmon...

i don't get what is wrong with the HP update. It's just better for everyone, as a low level character you will hit 0, 1,2,3,4 etc instead of just 0 or 1. And in some time everyone will be used to it.

I love the old runescape. 2007 was the best year of my life, primarily because of it. The two updates I hate the most was the interface update of july 2009 and the hitpoints, wait, lifepoints, update. They seem to have been corrupted and think more about the money and being extremley popular than what people actually want.

Varrock west bank. i merched rune scims cause you didnt need a lot of money. now they have all these items that are like 100m, sad...
You know what they should do? Well they should do exacly the same thing about the "2x exp week end" but now, they should do a "1year old runescape" if they would do that, the 1 milion and over of player would come back easely.

Did you know that 60,000 people quit Runescape in the immediate aftermath of the removal of the wilderness in December 2007? I can't believe its been almost 2 and a half years since then. Check out the video on my channel. It shows how much Runescape screwed up my life.

Reasons I miss old RuneScape:
-Being lured by pkers and how the wild was such a scary dangerous place not the patch of dasies it is now
-Logging in an seeing the cheesey login background not a "lobby"
-All the people saying "bsale!" and interacting with one another not the GE
-Thinking somethig costing 50k is expensive not 5m
-Interaction with nice players not the immature jerks that play now

I love the old runescape. 2007 was the best year of my life, primarily because of it. The two updates I hate the most was the interface update of july 2009 and the hitpoints, wait, lifepoints, update. They seem to have been corrupted and think more about the money and being extremley popular than what people actually want.

instead of having to make all your armor or get it from players from different prices al the time, you just go to the grand exchange and buy it.
