so basically we have to let them fix it.. cause I've bypassed this "Celebrity Stalker" quest only because I was waiting on someone to click the link so I could complete it.. now I have to "Get A Whole New Look" and I keep getting the Snag message when I buy the last thing to complete it.. I see u posted this in August and they have yet to fix it.. hell,. it December already.. Grr

If this is happening because your doing the cheat. what i did was delete the game from my account then add it back, everything was still there. before i re loaded the game i made shure the cheat engine was off. once i started the game It didnt say i had 448975298478942 energy anymore so i started the engine again and left the energy speed at 25x speed. That works the best for my computer but its all about finding out what your computer works best on, play with the speed to find out.

I wish this worked for me :( But I don't have any quests stuck up causing me problems.... it just crashes as soon as it loads

I tried following this walkthrough but I still get the same snag error. I didn't even start the celebrity stalker quest. I went to send a gift and clicked cancel, then went to go to Bella's. When I clicked on Bella's icon, it crashed out like usual.
