i had very short hair at one point. so i started using this shampoo in the commercial, like you saw. believe it or not, my hair grow atleast half an inch in a month. I was so suprised! bc usually it takes forver to grow my hair. this shampoo did wonders for my hair in just one month! gotta love pantene<3333!!

It doesn't have wax in it- people who say that are either misinformed or are trying to get you to buy their products instead.

It does have silicones, but they won't build up if you shampoo correctly. 99% of other conditioners have them too, including herbal essences, sunsilk, dove, loreal, garnier fructis and plenty others- so if you've used any typical conditioner before the silicones in pantene won't hurt you.

my hair type is a combination of both dry and oily, and the way I can tell that it leaves build up is that my hair gets greasier and flatter alot quicker compared to other shampoos.

Not a whole lot of problems, but it leaves build up in the hair super fast, and it makes my hair look really greasy shortly after washing my hair with it. I had no problems with the conditioner, but pantene's shampoos seem to be too moisturizing for me.

I actually just tried this stuff out, and even after the first use, I really noticed the difference. Earlier, I couldn't even run a brush through it, but now, it super soft and smooth, and yea. Probably Pantene's best line of shampoo and conditioner XD

Its obvious that most people are blunt about commercials. The shampoo doesn't make hair grow faster, thats impossible! But breakage and damage slows hairs healthy grow. This shampoo and conditioner are designed to make hair healthy so it CAN grow at it's most beautiful and strongest. 2 n 1's don't work, though, so don't use them. This collection does in fact work, VERY WELL. And obviously their hair is edited, all commercials do it, why complain?

k, they obviously edited this commercial so the womans hair looks a lot shinier than it would be in real life. it does look really nice though. i use herbal essences breaks over shampoo and garnier fructis long and strong conditioner. I cut my hair back in October, and i haven't had any split ends in over two months :)

the song and the woman and who i am asuming is her daughter makes everything seem so fresh and light and very happy, also the fact that some of the proceeds go to making wigs for women with cancer doesn't hurt either, they made a good commericial. it goes straight for the heart, very good emotional strategy

I love this shampoo and conditioner! I've been using it for almost a week, and already my hair isn't breaking off as much when I brush it. Plus, my naturally already incredibly curly hair is getting enough moisture to lay down and curl, not frizz. Alot of people say this shampoo or that dries your hair out, but mose people agree it's a matter of having the right formula for what you need. In my opinion, this stuff is great!

Good to know there is a shampoo/conditioner out there for people with long hair - the other ones never get the knots out! And I like that part of the sales goes to wigs for women with cancer; it's a great incentive to buy and much better than the typical sweeps/giveaway!
