  • what kind of cam and heads are you using? E.F.I? What tranny is that?

  • NICE! street screamin 67 GTO man...... You're a lucky man to still have the car of your childhood dreams baby. keep that sucker clean man ......

That 67 GTO was also my first car when I turned 18 back in 1972. I own two muscle cars at the moment, but my dream is to have another 67 GTO before I die. Be cool man and stay young. Keep the faith !!!!!!!!

  • Thanks Bro!

  • Very Nice! What mufflers/exhaust are you running currently?

  • Thanks, Flowmater exhaust with thrush turbo mufflers for that deep tone sound.

  • Thanks, my first car... my parents bought this GTO for me when I was 15. I took the car apart when I was 18, Finished The build when I was 45. Complete frame off restro, I turned every bolt myself. Stored in heated warehouse to home garages. All chrome is original! I wraped all the chrome and stainless steel it in plastic when I was just a kid. How smart was that for a wreckless teenager. With the help of all the new over-the-counter parts avalible today and alot of cash, my dream came true.

  • What a very nice classic muscle car ! Great car very well restored, and what a beast engine...Congratulations ! I have a 67 GTO too, but I'm just starting the restoration, so it will be a long way...Bravo !

  • Sorry for not getting back with you sooner. I will create a video that will tell all the details on the build. Look for it in the next couple of weeks.

    Thx

  • ok, thanks. u have to cut the primaries or collectors? engine to frame mounts for chevelle wouldnt work? oil pan fit ok? u happy w/ the motor? i'm considering the same swap for a second gen firebird. thank you

  • Just custom cutting the headers to fit, and chevy to Pontiac motor mounts welded to the A-Body frame. It all went together after that quite natural.

  • nice. any major issues with the swap? just use chevy mounts, exhaust, etc.? thx
