    Im a martial artist, our training is 50% HIIT 50% power training, awesome results if done with enough discipline.

  • How the fuck have i been eating right for a week already and i do atleast 40 mins of cardio everyday and i do weight lifting but haven't dropped any weight =/

    When i do the treadmill i like to run for 3 minutes, and walk for 1 to 2 minutes ,and i do this until i get to around 15 to 20 minutes. Its fun and elevated my heart very quickly, then i go lift moderate to heavy weight for 45 minutes, then i'll do a walk/cool down, then im done. Nice video.

    2. cardio helps you burn your fat

    3. doing ab workouts helps those abs popout a little more, if you dont do them they will be place and not very visible, ( that is if yr skinny)

  • i do mma and i work my stomach with sit ups and stuff. ive gotta say that the cardio in mma works better for me. But i reckon do both, just like 20 minutes running and 10 minute abb workout a day, and do the abb workout every second day if u cbf

  • Fuck ab workouts! Do cardio. You'll never see abs no matter how much of all those bullshit ab exercises all these you tubers tell you to do. You can't spot train ab muscles. You have to do cardio like boxing athletes do. Do 1 hour of cardio everyday and watch your sugar intake.

  • He was talking about interval training. Interval training is a smarter way to work out and takes less time but at a harder pace. Good tips.
