Hello there! Have you tried the maximus muscle 247 workout (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy gained crazy amounts of muscle with it.
How the fuck have i been eating right for a week already and i do atleast 40 mins of cardio everyday and i do weight lifting but haven't dropped any weight =/
When i do the treadmill i like to run for 3 minutes, and walk for 1 to 2 minutes ,and i do this until i get to around 15 to 20 minutes. Its fun and elevated my heart very quickly, then i go lift moderate to heavy weight for 45 minutes, then i'll do a walk/cool down, then im done. Nice video.
you can do all the ab work outs you wont but if you have a lode of fat covering your abs no1 will see it. try eating right and doing at least 30mins cardio every over day.and what ever you do DO NOT listen the these dick heads making money off selling you shit. like '' 6 PACK ABS IN 30DAYS. its all lies
i hate people who do one hour of cardio are u dumb? uhh if you do more than 10-15 minutes of cardio you start buring muscle not fat and that makes you more of a pussy if you have abs and your skinny 10-15 minutes of cardio and workout for 1 hour^^^ eat right always just eat right youll eventually go down.

i do mma and i work my stomach with sit ups and stuff. ive gotta say that the cardio in mma works better for me. But i reckon do both, just like 20 minutes running and 10 minute abb workout a day, and do the abb workout every second day if u cbf
Fuck ab workouts! Do cardio. You'll never see abs no matter how much of all those bullshit ab exercises all these you tubers tell you to do. You can't spot train ab muscles. You have to do cardio like boxing athletes do. Do 1 hour of cardio everyday and watch your sugar intake.

Im a martial artist, our training is 50% HIIT 50% power training, awesome results if done with enough discipline.

I'm 13, weigh 203lbs of solid, drug free strength and I can do over 80 pull ups in a row from DEAD HANG, no KIPPING, perfect form. :P

1. abs are made in the kitchen
2. cardio helps you burn your fat
3. doing ab workouts helps those abs popout a little more, if you dont do them they will be place and not very visible, ( that is if yr skinny)

He was talking about interval training. Interval training is a smarter way to work out and takes less time but at a harder pace. Good tips.
