If your "vehicle" is registered with the state then you have subjected/contracted yourself to those laws that require you to gain a permit for using a public highway/commonway for commercial gain. If the complainant has a problem, he can take him to the council which is what the last officer says. The guy with the camera has not broken a law, and does not have to cooperate with the police in any way. In the US, drivers who have broken a law are required to produce identification. He wins just by standing his legal ground. They can ask; that is all.

Hello, if you are using a public highway for commercial gain then ceasar/the state can require a permit. If your "vehicle" is registered with the state then you have subjected/contracted yourself to those laws that require you to gain a permit for using a public highway/commonway for commercial gain. That's what I was trying to explain...the reason it fell so fast was pressure. As soon as the plane entered the building the pressure was pushed all the way down the building making it pretty much symmetrically unstable. Obviously I'm not qualified in the subject and neither are you but people have already proved why the building fell as it did. And it wasn't explosives

First off it is not illegal to film at a public park as long as you have a Film crew that is less than 10, then it is looked upon as owning the park. So a guy shooting with a home camera is not illegal as he is only one person not ten.

@jaguar177445 In his defense. There are people with hygiene certificates that give people food poisoning. Bad cooking and people getting sick will prob diminish his customers. Do u have a food hygiene certificate when you ask guests and their kids round for tea? I see the point you are making. I however, think the country is too tightly controlled by taxes, permits and fee's. All money in some councils pocket. Customers should ask to see certificates, then decide to buy. Their choice. peace

This is good for entertainment. It shows the police in this country are a bunch of idiot. Obviously this guy does not have a license if he did he will not be bullying the polices. The police should make up their mind whether they can charge him or not. Kept asking him for license does not seem to work. they should stop wasting their time with conflict people and do their job properly. Give a warning first time then charge next time as simple as that. No need for all these drama.

This is hilarious. I wonder who is bullying who and who is intimidating who in this clip. The polices and that guy both have no idea what they are on about. It is obvious that guy don't have a permit otherwise he would have shove it in their mouth. It sounds like he is being more intimidating and bullying the police here not the other way round. Cos if he did have he would have produced it and saved himself a lot of grief. Sure, the police aren't paid to be your friends, but there's no need to be this much of an antagonistic knob! He claims they are assuming everything but does nothing to prove them wrong. The cops here seem fairly reasonable, and not particularly intimidating - 3 onto 1 is nothing... Man needs to get a head-check.

@theestever his point is that he does not have to prove them wrong because they are not the enforcing agency in this case. If the complainant has a problem, he can take him to the council which is what the last officer says. The guy with the camera has not broken a law, and does not have to cooperate with the police in any way. In the US, drivers who have broken a law are required to produce identification. He wins just by standing his legal ground. They can ask; that is all.

@keats27 I know that, but if he could have produced it to shut them up it would have been a much more entertaining video! There is such a thing as making life hard for yourself, but that said, yes, the po' had no place in this dispute and I do think it's generally good to stand up to them, but you have to have to be sensible about it. Just because you don't HAVE to do something, it might not always be prudent to stick so firmly to your guns.
