I still believe that the Sex Pistols were not 'provoked' but went on planning to do something shocking like that. At the end Siouxsie started dancing early (then realised that the music wouldn't have began on TV yet) so they'd obviously gone on planning to end it with the dancing after they'd sponged as much publicity as possible.

Glen rejoined the band in 1996 for their re-union tour & is once again a full member of the Sex Pistols. I met him last year at one of his solo perfomances & a nice guy he is too.
