No, that grey is urban camoflauge and that brown is an older desert pattern. Lots of countries use similar patterns and colors so I can't tell you where they go their camo. A lot of stuff they wear is hand-me-downs. Some of the stuff they wear blends in much better in their enviroment than what the U.S. soldiers are issured. On the down side, they don't have a uniform look to them.
