ywo reasons for that number1: there is not much of christian population in KSA

besides the ppl who live their for work are mostly Protestants who have least interest in builduing churches or religion

They cannot wear anything like shorts or sleeveless there because it is not allowed. If you want to live in KSA then you've to accept those rules or leave that country.
