please edit the title, if you teach a dealer to pitch like that they'll have wrist pain in an hour. If you wanna deal cards you gotta use your thumb and index finger to pinch the corner or the card, and use your middle finger to flick or pitch it out.

Agreed 100%. As a dealer this is prolly the worst way to deal the cards. Your not to throw the cards, you pitch them. "A full elbow motion" are you kidding? For more spin you just flick harder with your middle finger. There should be no wrist motion at all for a correct pitch. If your looking for carpal tunnel...go with this method.

"throwing card" is called pitching. I am a dealer in a poker card casino and that is noT pitching. If I´d deal like that my arm would break after 12h work...

Look up how to pitch without your wrist, and no there´s no casino school. Every casino trains their own dealer about 2 months before u can work.
