@Avatar9023 because with the energy crystal(i think thats it), it lowers the 13 down to 7, because it takes off half the amount needed and thn rounds the number up...(6.5 becomes 7)

@TeamAquaLeaderArchy You can't get every single material by opening treasure chests.... to get every material, you must defeat heartless and nobodies until they drop the material needed...every heartless and nobodies can drop items/materials...you can obtain the energy crystal by defeating specific types of heartless... such as the Bookmaster(Hollow Bastion, Space Paranoids) or the Shaman(The Pride Lands)

You can get energy gems from the fortunetellers in Agrabah, energy stones from lance soldiers and trick ghosts in the Underworld, and blazing stones from cannon guns in Port Royal. It also helps if you have the Lucky Lucky ability.

it does take 13 orichalcum+ to make it but the cost will be halved (to 7) once you get to certain moogle level. in fact there is only 7 orichalcum+ in the whole game which is used to make this weapon. besides the chests, you also need to clear goddess of fate cup at olympus to get an orichalcum+
