  • Hi Steve, thanks for your reply. I do take your point about activism, but I'm overcommitted. I've thought a lot about this, and right now, I believe voting for perfect policies is less urgent than creating change in the electoral system. If PR can be introduced, I believe the Green Party will become a major player. That's one of the reasons I'm supporting the Liberal Democrats this time. Believe me, I'll be delighted if Caroline wins in Brighton Pavilion. Best of luck to you too. Ruby

  • I support the Green manifesto & I have voted Green for the past 10 years but this time I've voted Liberal Democrat. I'm disappointed by the Green Party's inability to field serious & credible candidates. I live in Kensington. One week before the election our local candidate was impossible to trace. I finally tracked down a video of her & she appears to be a shy and inarticulate person in a Palestinian scarf and a Donny Osmond cap. God give me strength. Get real, Greens, because the UK needs you.

  • Hi Rubywine,

I feel it is so very sad that you have decided not to vote Green, especially when you support the Green manifesto.

Despite the failings of the Kensington candidate she presumably shares your green concerns and is willing to provide time and effort in trying to implement the manifesto for which you claim support.

Maybe we all could play more of an active role in bringing greater popularity to the Green Party.

    Best of luck, take care.

    Cheerio Steve
