Stella is known jokingly in Britain as "wife beater", I'm really not sure why though as it's not. Also all advertising for it in the UK suggests that it's an Italian beer for some reason.

As for Polish beers, their three big brands are Tyskie, Żywiec & Lech, I'm told the first two are pretty nice, don't know anything of Lech.

Try a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale if you want to try a decent American Beer. Very easy to drink for those used to corn based lagers, but with a lot more flavor.

@charvelgtrs Victoria Prima Pils (not bad but meh) Oskar Blues (dark beer it was alright tho but again meh tried better) Flying Fish Exit I think it's called (bitter fruity but doesn't quite give the "body" I want) and a couple more.... Budweiser IS yellow piss water next to any of these but I just find that Belgium especially can bring flavour to beer like no other country..... and then we got a few Danish breweries that really know how to make damn good beer :)

I honestly can't drink it - and believe me, i've had about 25 years experience drinking beer from all over the world. Imho, Lowenbrau is possibly the best of those ten beers he drank - certainly my fav of the lot. .

There is a saying in Canada - in which month do Canadians drink the least? February, as it only has 28 days!

If you don't like hops then you won't like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, or many of the other American Craft brews as they tend to be on the hoppier side of things. Just because you don't like hops doesn't mean there isn't such a thing as decent American beer. American craft brews can be very strong and flavorful, but if your palate is weak then you won't like them.

United States, Belgium and Germany win the most awards when it comes to great beer.

It is a liquid and contains among other things water, actually most beers consist of upwards of 90% water in their creation so it still is a viable method of hydrating yourself. While it is true that beer dehydrates faster than other drinks same as coffee any health expert would state that if there was nothing else to drink and you were dehydrated beer would still help the body.
