One, responded to me, he could have been the owner. Found out that he didn't like the fact that 1 blog said the the Dem beat the tea partier fair and square. This guy insulted the blogger and even gave out physical threats. So, the name calling? It's mostly the right.

I remember seeing the videos on TV of those nuts being surrounded by normal people and being told to leave. The tea party is not a party and it has no head or leader. One, responded to me, he could have been the owner. Found out that he didn't like the fact that 1 blog said the the Dem beat the tea partier fair and square. This guy insulted the blogger and even gave out physical threats. So, the name calling? It's mostly the right.

I remember seeing the videos on TV of those nuts being surrounded by normal people and being told to leave. The tea party is not a party and it has no head or leader. Any real Christian would say the same. Also, studies from the CBO have shown that entitlements like foodstamps generate the most government revenue. Give them some cushion on things like food and heating so they can better save money. There are those who ride the system though (and should be shot). @JamesDBlanc You also have to ask yourself another thing, at whose expense? At whose expense are these entitlement programs coming from. And who is paying for them? The answer to both of those is average, hard-working people. You're imposing a negative externaility on them and hindering their ability to provide for their families. there will always be poor people, thats life. As a society we should invest in those that generate wealth and are successful instead of investing in failure.

The tea party has has some sucess in it short tenure and as the economy gets worse and the government get more opressive and out of control, the more the tea party will grow. The fact is most people in this country work for a living and have good sense, we outnumber the eggheads and liberals and they know it!

Income inequality in the US is worse than it is in Egypt! The top 1% of Americans control 40% of the wealth, while the bottom 90% have to fight over 30%! @longfootbuddy Wrong way round. Socialism is the system, defined by Marx, in which workers have the right to own the products of their labour. Socialism is the worker owning the means of production (the factory/company) and the goods which that organization manufactures. A worker under capitalism is refunded for their manufacturing power with a monetary 'wage' which is of less value than the goods. The surplus value (capital) is passed on to whoever owns the means of production.
