@Abdulmalik773 U can, but it will take alot of time, maybe a year or so if you are on a diet ( muscle gaining diet) to gain about 20-35 kg if you are really commited.
@Abdulmalik773 I wouldnt say eat to the point where you are getting fat, but eat to meet the needs of your body, and see if you are actually working out to your potential. Make sure you are getting the good fats and energy you need to work out. You arent going to get ripped by doing bad posture bicep curls for 3 hours a day. I have found that nothing gets you in better shape than sports. I play rugby, football and hockey, I suggest playing sports to get fit and ripped. Do it up!

I can do about 50 pushups and 5-10 chinups depending on how sore my muscles are. I turned 15 a week ago and I also play AFL.
If you cant do chinups or pushups, work on them.
