@Mikaykay009 not true, if they were educated in even basic first aid they'd know you can move a person to establish a patent airway as long as you maintain spine alignment while reorienting the body, best done with 3 people , one maintains alignment of the head- making sure to move the head/cervical spine in one plane at a time, while person 2 controls the torso and person 3 controls hips/legs. The intervention immediately after the accident is the most critical time to the victims survival.

Just to clear it up, no that is not his arm, you can see his left arm resting on his body (sleave up) his right arm falls underneath him, pause it and tap space button to see for yourself. The so called arm near him slides rigidly to a stop, no wrist and no elbow present on it, i believe its a part off the bike. its far to white anyway.
