I have a 5-Year old male. He is the sweetest most loyal dog ever!! Great with all other dogs, people and children. He does need PLENTY of exercise, or he gets a little full of it!!

the only reason their load and very vocal is they arent being ran, or hunted i hav a bunch of beagles and foxhounds and they never bark on the chain even feeding time, they are in excelent physical shape, you need to excersise them alot but in a way that they can bark while doing excersice

@ultimategamer345 Yes Foxhounds are very vocal. They have several different barks depending on the situation. They can be cry babies at times, lol. They are a great companion, they are loving snuggle babies. They arehigh strung though, a good long daily walk keeps them happy. You do not want a bored Foxhound, they will pace the floors and chew up things.
