  • Can I watch just one of these clips without reading how amazing it was that it went out on a sunday morning?

  • yeh i hate that lack of free lung cancer for pub staff that used to be available even in thatchers time. its political correctness gone mad

  • i like how stewart lees character is shown as being a rebel for smoking in school yet now days he would be classed as a rebel for smoking in a pub! how times change :(

  • @THEBUSINESSOFDYING Why did you put a sad face at the end?

  • @Oscy i really cant be arsed to explain

  • @THEBUSINESSOFDYING Because you're an eejit. A lazy eejit.

  • @Oscy thats me Who is the real sick man in this so called society? is it morris mitchener i don't know but i know you want the moon on a stick

  • @THEBUSINESSOFDYING If you don't know, I suggest you ask Curious Orange. Or Curious Alien.

  • Kevin Eldon; is there a comedy show you don't have a supporting role in!?

    (not complaining though!)

  • I used to watch this every Sunday morning with a hangover from Saturday night the good old student days lol :-)

  • brilliant

  • The Hugh Sexey Wing.

  • "Throwing books at the wall is something Hitler would do!"

  • I used to absolutely love this programme when it was on BBC2 6pm. The stuff they used to slip by the censors was unbelievable. The words "mind you, they're all brown mice by the time I've finished with them" was once suggested without being spoken aloud.

  • Was this on at 6pm? Maybe a repeat as it was origianly on Sunday mornings.Even worse time to get past censors!! :)

  • They began to repeat it on Tuesdays at 6. I remember because I was so glad; I thought maybe it would gain more popularity. Alas, Lee & Herring largely remain unsung heroes of British comedy.

  • @MavisRileyJunior The original show used to be shown at 12:30pm on Sundays, it was the repeat that was on Friday nights (was also moved to evenings too). I remember watching it thinking how the hell are they allowed to show this especially the first episode where Richard Herring is explaining that Mel C has the ability to jump so she can steal your gametes.

  • @MavisRileyJunior the repeat was on in the evening. Uncensored, but half the jokes didn't make sense as they cut the bleeping.

also welcome to 2 years ago?

  • "child's jizz breath"
