Yes, Folks, this is Karla, not Linda Ronstandt. Linda's version is more vocally forceful than Karla, Karla is more vocally soft than Linda. I absolutely adore this song. Reminds me of High School by the record player in the living room. To an old boy friend who broke my heart.

One of my most memorable concerts was Karla in 2000, 1st row center. This song was her best performace that night. I found myself mouthing the lyrics to this song, which I know like the back of my hand. Apparently, I wasn't the only one because when it was over Karla commented that she was impressed that everyone in the audience seemed to know her music very well.
