@pro818 we should finance these projects by using royalties from the mining and petroleum industry (Canada, Norway, the Middle East have done it)...If u look at the latest stats u'll see that it's easily doable and more efficient than borrowing under poorly designed conditions....

On the benefits, I think u know that qualitative analysis is more fitted for the exercise.(Assuming that u've took & red a cost/benefit courses or book.
