Stacy began attending Glen A. Wilson High School in Hacienda Heights, California, during her final year with Kids Incorporated. By her junior year, 16-year old Stacy had become a cheerleader for the Wilson High School Wildcats and also began meeting with 17-year old Renee and 18-year old Stefanie, who both attended John F. Kennedy High School (the Golden Cougars) in Granada Hills, California, to form the singing group called, NRG (New Rhythm Generation). Stacy's 2 parents had now just divorced.
