Fell for the okey doke.... If it sounds too good to be true- it is. Burlington should've had her pay them 1st for the purchases and she shouldn't have said "everyone". Maybe just the 1st 50 customers on a certain register. I must repeat- if this was a real offer, Burlington should've had her pay in advance then don't tell the people until after their purchase was made that it's free and have police escort them out so that there is no riot.
