There's no proof of ANY kind that he is a terrorist. However there's PLENTY of proof that he is the VICTIM of terrorism. I refer to the repeated razor-blading of his penis while in a US-authorised torture prison. So if anyone should face terrorism charges it's that nutter Bush... Of course he must also face war crimes charges as well.
