Well it was evident from some tasks and in general actually that she didn't get on so well with Alex and Helene.

Fair play to Lucinda though, she never took advantage of anyone in the boardroom and she deserved her place in the last 5, but I couldn't see her working for Sir Alan as she wasn't a great team player and wasn't really that motivated by the money when already being a £120k pa earner.

haha!! it probably is, lol!! Helene and Jenny C. were complete bitches. Lucinda was absolutely lovely, and she could easily have said in this interview that Helene and Alex are backstabbing little shits, but she didn't. Whereas I'm certain they would've maade up some shit about Lucinda given half a chance. It just shows what a nice woman she is, and I wish her all the best.

btw, I totally agree with her comments about the other 4 candidates.
