as it is not obvious to me as to wether or not you are male or female, I can only speak of my own experience....while giving birth, noone wants a shitload full of people all around ya... it is SUPPOSED to be an intimate thing, and again I am very glad that in my country the setting is way more private and relaxing...not...like this..flat on your back, people between your legs...getting on your nervs..
