This doesn't need the ice or agave! The ice will make the texture icy/slushy instead of creamy, and the bananas are plenty sweet enough on their own. Also, why did you cut these videos up into 1 minute segments? That is pretty annoying.
its a freaking vitamix... just blend about 7 frozen bananas and get REAL banana ice cream... Way thicker and creamier than that and doesnt need the unhealthy agave sugar
@nbudzyn yeah those ice cubes didnt help things. I was suprised with only one banana. Plus not real flavoring added, like frozen fruit or fig or anything.
That does NOT look appetizing AT ALL! It looks like an icy slush. Agave is disgusting as well as Stevia. They taste thin and artificial. Pure cane sugar in small amounts is the only way to go!
Erm.... not necessarily. I've bought canned organic coconut cream/milk. All it has is coconuts and water. One does have to be careful though as alot of canned foods do have additives. Lool at the ingredients before you buy - coconuts and water, that's it!
I made this using fresh young coconuts. It is the same as coconut milk except it is fresh. Just pour out the water and scoop out the "jelly" (meat - white part) and blend. Also, I used no ice. Just around 5 frozen bananas. I threw in a small piece of vanilla bean. YUM!! You can make this using more fresh ingredients. However, it is not easy to find organic young coconuts that haven't been chemically treated on the outside. Still, the inside should be fine due to hard shell.
OK that fork is cracking me up. I just got a Vitamix this weekend and I am glad to find videos like these posted online. After watching it look "so easy" on the included DVD, it's good to see that other people have had success with frozen items. I have been having a little trouble with the tamper-I am very uncoordinated.

I've used coconut oil instead ,2-3 T., and it works better and makes it stiffer. Also, using a food processor is faster and easier than any blender.

She barely talks, but almost every SINGLE thing the hot one says is AMAZINGLY....
....annoying!

Big Daddy
PS Good thing she DID say she likes THICK things. I have something in mind that will shut her up for hours! haha
PPS Provided she's not married, which given how FREELY she spouts gibberish, I'm almost sure she sadly is! lol
