  • astiag (ajdîhak, zuhak) had two daughters. Mandana married a persian officer, and the other daughter married babylonian king Nabukatnasir. Mandana got a son,he is Kurosh(Cyrus the Great)

    founder of Achaemenid Empire. so Cyrus had median blood from his Mother , Mandana.
