  • undoubtedly that must emit a shitload of x-rays.

  • i think that this tube also produces x-ray :)

  • wow! where do you get all these crazy devices?

  • I went back to 1911 in my time machine.

  • TAKE ME TAKE ME!!!

  • Nice. Is it used for something or is it just for the looks/effect?

  • Thanx for demonstrating some very rare tubes in action. What are you showing us when you flop down the Maltese Cross target? That its shadow is burnt into the tube's glass?

  • It shows that the glass which hasn't already been subjected to the cathode rays glows much brighter. The green glass fluorescence dims as the glass is exposed.

  • watch out from those x-rays lol

  • at low pressures and voltages above 5kV x-rays can be produced. However, they first need to penetrate the glass, which a part does. You really shouldn't be driving this tube by a spark inductor.

  • what hv device are you using an induction coil?

  • Yes, the same induction coil shown on the other videos

  • Another amazing device of yours!
