  • I'm not sure they mentioned how they make the colors and the grades--Grade A Dark Amber, Grade A Light Amber, Grade A Blonde, and my personal favorite, Grade B which has the richest and most full bodied flavor--but what a great video anyway.

  • I would bow if I had anything to do with the trees making sap. Alas.  What does it cost over there? Here it's about $45/gallon
