소고기는 모르겠는데 돼지고기는 맥주를 물에 섰어서 익히면 냄새도 안나도 더 맛있게 익는 게 사실입니다. 여기 Haxe라고 한국 돼지족발 비슷한 건데 그것도 맥주에다가 푹 끓이는 요리인데 정말 일품입니다.
