White is a skin color, of which, 90% of Iranians have. Caucasian is a skull shape, of which, nearly 100% have. Indo-European is a lingustics family, of which, 95% of Iranians speak it. There is no real need to falsify blondes to make a point. The only blondes I have seen that were persian, only one was real and the other dyed. They also were related, (mother and daughter).
I generally prefer dark hair even though I'm blond myself.

I don't know if these particular women are Iranian. I do know this: Iranians have predominantly straight brown or black hair and brown eyes.
HOWEVER: you WILL find every imaginable Aryan phenotype in Iran, incl. blonde hair and blue eyes, along with red and brown hair and blue, grey, green and hazel eyes.
