Bowl games are a sorry excuse for a post season. They were never meant to be anything but an exhibition game. Let me know when the SEC has to play ALL of their bowl games out of their conference area like the Big Ten does. And the Bog Ten doesn't get fat on bowl wins over the ACC and BE, let alone the SEC has twice the number of games vs non-AQ teams in bowls. Let me know when there is a playoff. Until then there's no such thing as a legit national champ. NCAA does not sanction the champ.

Bowl games are a sorry excuse for a post season. They were never meant to be anything but an exhibition game. Let me know when the SEC has to play ALL of their bowl games out of their conference area like the Big Ten does. And the Bog Ten doesn't get fat on bowl wins over the ACC and BE, let alone the SEC has twice the number of games vs non-AQ teams in bowls. Let me know when there is a playoff. Until then there's no such thing as a legit national champ. NCAA does not sanction the champ.

Nonetheless, Michigan still has a huge lead on the ESSSS-EEEE-CCCCC, Hell, we beat beat Bama in the Orange bowl in 2000, Florida twice, Auburn once, and then got our ass stomped once by a Tennessee team that should of been playing for a National title. Michigan > ESS-EEE-SEE in bowl games in the last decade, 7-3 all time in bowl games.

Oh man. I got chills just watching this. Credits to Musberger for being the best voice in College Football today. I miss #1 vs #2. Bring back Woody and Bo so we can have this every year. There is no other rivalry. There's just Michigan and Ohio State. Others who argue that do not know what rivalry means. This truly was the 2006 BCS National Championship and Game Of The Year. Miami v FSU is better. This was like the only time OSU and Michigan met 1 vs 2. Miami v FSU have met in the top 5/top 10 so many times. And Miami had a heisman winner in 91 (Toretta). FSU had heisman winners in 93 (Ward) and 00 (Weinke). Miami also had a 34 game winning streak from 2000 to 2003. Miami had a streak of 14 straight years with a first round NFL pick. Fucking idiot. Michigan and OSU have half as many titles in that span..and OSU was handed it in 02.

say what you will about the big ten, or just even ohio state. This rivalry is bigger than football, bigger than championships. OSU can go 1-11 every year as long as that one win is against michigan. I know people personally that have been legally disowned, I mean lawyers, judges, by their own famililes because they married michigan fans. I LOVE my buckeyes but i have to say i've always viewed michigan as a brother...yea you get really annoyed with them, cant stand them, and sometimes talk shit to each other but deep down you want them to be at their best...i miss being pumped/scared/excited waking up saturdays morning to watch the intensity, competition, and passion on the field....so michigan get back to your old self and i'll always be pulling for my bucks to beat you lol
