  • Alright there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my GF got great 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • also, if you're eating a ballanced raw food diet another thing to consider is are you getting enough calories? When I first changed my died this way I lost 4 pounds in a week because I wasn't eating enough calories.

  • Yikes! Variety is everything for health. When I went raw, I saw immediate benefit from higher varieties of veggies, nuts and seeds. Luving it!

  • People are going on the 80-10-10 program without reading the book. There are lots of videos on youtube with people eating 30 to 50 bananas a day. Doug in Calif...

  • Look at the camera and not at yourself on the screen alongside the camera. As beautiful as you are, you need to address us directly. It's distracting otherwise.

  • arnold's way... he talks about eating 20 to 45 bananas a day.. and there is a 80/10/10 video saying yes you can eat 80/10/10 in college and he shows you 2 cases of bananas and a bunch of lettuce... =/

  • I know--- the problem is its only a fraction of the message and its bad because people take it as the full message. You can't live off of two types of foods-- its absolutely ridiculous and quite scary-- Variety Please!!!

  • I dont have a great amount of energy and I am eating kale, spinach, and sprouts and very little nuts. But I am also just starting and I am going through a health challenge and I think my body just wants more rest to regenrate so it can heal. I Think that when watching these vids people need to use some type of common sense. Bananas and lettuce makes 0 sense.

  • Agreed, and yes healing takes energy, so sometimes your body is using all energy to get you better. Best to listen to your body, and yes-- common sense!! :)

  • what's your take on 80/10/10

  • great question, I'll do a video on it!

  • Is it ok to add coconut water kefir on the juice feast? Hope so ... I think it'll be a fab extra.

Can't wait for the forum to be up!!

  • Kefir, Yes definitely, super fab!!

  • Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • bananas and red peppers...lol

  • Oi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i want to see more of your food prep videos! i love all of your videos though!

  • Yes I know, I'm working on it-- I'm on a fast that the last thing I want to do is make food I can't eat, but I have an idea!!! Stay tuned!

  • Oh,i forgot about that; sorry! lol

  • You look fab!

  • Thanks You!!!

  • Hi Natasha,

I'm super excited to start! I transitioned to high raw a year ago doing a 14 day fast and I'm doing this feast to celebrate my first year, the 50 lbs and the aches and pains I released. I'm thrilled to be recommitting myself to another year!

  • SUPER EXCITING!!! Congratulations-- major celebration for your victories!! This feast is going to rock!

  • Another Super Sweet Vid!

  • Thank you!

  • The reason why I can't do raw food right now is that there just isn't enough food available. I am in college right now and the food here is pretty good, but their salad bar is skimpy (and I honestly don't want to live on salads).

Good organic produce is just so expensive.. it's a sad state of affairs when a bag of chips is cheaper than a bag of apples (and a bottle of water is more expensive than both!!). Maybe this person was just eating what they could afford.

  • While I have been in college, I have done a lot of sprouting. I know Natasha is a fan of sprouts and they really have a lot of life force in them, you can throw them on salads and buy them the seeds for pennies and grow them easily. Check out Natasha's 'Raw food on a budget' video!

    :-)

  • totally agree-- sprouts rock!

  • Hi,

You have a more difficult barrier to overcome because of your environment but it is only a barrier and it can be overcome - become the solver of the problem not the effect of it

  • Oh yes, totally agree!! (thanks for the reminder!! :)

  • I know what its like being on an extremely tight budget-- you just got to be creative-- look at it as an adventure into finding the best and cheapest food available. Do the sprouts, check the stores and keep your eyes open. Depending where you live, you can forage for wild edibles as well.

  • OMG - I am sooo excited tooo

  • Me tooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I've been waiting all day for your video :-)

    So excited for Thursday!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yay!!! I can't wait!!! It's going to be awesome!!
