I got a question. I remember Raiden telling Snake that, he would rather go in the microwave hall because his body was a machine and "he could take it". So, why didn't he go?

Raiden could still die because his heart was real, and so the game would be more interesting, and because he would have got pwned by those guys and because raiden has a life and snake was a clone of big boss

Well, I guess. Snake convinced him that first off, Raiden has 'a life to go back to' and his youth he musn't waste. And Raiden's heart is human, so there was a chance he could die too since he's not immortal. Also, I think Snake feels responisble for everything that happened and saw it as his duty to put an end to that. And Raiden understood. So... there are many reasons why Raiden didn't go, after all.
